Legal Practice and Experience:

Daniel has practiced law at major law firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New York, New York in the fields of banking law, corporate governance and finance, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, and structured and public finance, and has negotiated and documented numerous transactions involving cross-collateralized mortgage pool structures, tax-exempt and taxable bond issuances, and syndicated revolving credit facilities.  Dr. Conneen is currently the Managing Member and Director of Asia-America Law, LLC, which provides a broad range of legal services to foreign nationals seeking temporary legal status, permanent resident status, political asylum or citizenship in the United States of America, and also assists foreign nationals with legal status in the United States of America through adjustment of status to temporary legal status, permanent resident status or citizenship.    


In particular, the Asia-America Law, LLC specializes in obtaining (i) nonimmigrant visas based on business, employment and education (F, H, L, E, I, O, P and Q) and (ii) permanent resident status based on family relations (immediate relatives and preference categories), employment (EB-1, EB-2 (including national interest waivers) and EB-3), and investment in the United States of America (EB-5).
