Asia-America Education was established by Dr. Daniel Conneen and Ms. Mandy Hu. Dr. Conneen is an American born immigration attorney, and Ms. Hu is a Chinese born business leader and writer.
Asia-America Education provides comprehensive high school, college and graduate school application, admissions and United States visa services to foreign persons wishing to study in the United States. Asia-America Education is a bilingual company providing the advantage of being located in the United States. Our clients are currently studying throughout the United States in prestigious private high schools, state and private universities, and graduate and professional schools. Our students live both off campus and on campus, and Asia-America Education is able to provide living arrangements for independent living and living with an American family. High school students study an American curriculum, with special English language training available. We assist with all majors, concentrations and fields of study, and our students are often able to take advantage of financial aid opportunities and employment opportunities while studying in the United States.

Legal Practice and Experience:
Daniel has practiced law at major law firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and New York, New York in the fields of banking law, corporate governance and finance, mergers and acquisitions, international finance, and structured and public finance, and has negotiated and documented numerous transactions involving cross-collateralized mortgage pool structures, tax-exempt and taxable bond issuances, and syndicated revolving credit facilities. Dr. Conneen is currently the Managing Member and Director of Asia-America Law, LLC, which provides a broad range of legal services to foreign nationals seeking temporary legal status, permanent resident status, political asylum or citizenship in the United States of America, and also assists foreign nationals with legal status in the United States of America through adjustment of status to temporary legal status, permanent resident status or citizenship.
In particular, the Asia-America Law, LLC specializes in obtaining (i) nonimmigrant visas based on business, employment and education (F, H, L, E, I, O, P and Q) and (ii) permanent resident status based on family relations (immediate relatives and preference categories), employment (EB-1, EB-2 (including national interest waivers) and EB-3), and investment in the United States of America (EB-5).

Mandy Hu graduated from Nankai University in China and earned her master degree at University of Pennsylvania. Beyond her writing and business management activities, Ms. Hu spends a significant amount of time on the cultural exchange between China and America.
